Scott is a pioneer in visual strategy, cultural change and enterprise transformation. As the founder of Throughline, Scott created an enterprise design and strategy consultancy focused on data visualization, digital transformation, communications, change management and brand strategy. In doing so, he established market leadership in the design thinking and communications fields and designed a company culture to be conducive to productivity and creativity. Recently, Scott envisioned and launched the cloud-based software NimbleStory, a collaborative visualization platform built to bring human-centered design and visual communication into complex projects and programs.

Prior to Throughline, Scott combined 15 years of Navy technical and business innovation experience applied to complex enterprise programs building powerful teams and developing leaders at all levels.
